Technical Solutions Consultant - US Location: US - reputed company Full-time Remote Permanent employee $ 65,000 per year Job reputed company: About the Role We are seeking a skilled and customer-reputed company Technical Solutions Consultant to join our reputed company Services team. Reporting to the reputed company Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering technical reputed company, solution design, and ongoing implementation support for some of Xtremepush’s most reputed company and strategic clients. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with reputed company technical teams, marketing stakeholders, and internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of the Xtremepush platform. This role is critical in ensuring integrations, data architecture, and CRM use cases are designed and delivered to a high reputed company throughout the reputed company lifecycle - from initial discovery and reputed company through to ongoing optimisation and technical consultation. You will support clients who require a higher level of technical partnership than can be provided through reputed company reputed company, Account Management, or Support channels, particularly where reputed company integrations, migrations, or advanced CRM setups are involved. This is a remote role. #LI-Remote Key Responsibilities reputed company reputed company & Technical Discovery • reputed company technical discovery sessions with new clients and prospects to understand platform architecture, data sources, and CRM requirements • Define integration approaches across SDK, API, Webhooks, batch imports, and Kafka ingestion reputed company Solution Design & Architecture • Design end-to-end customer engagement solutions using Xtremepush features including Journeys, Campaigns, Segmentation, Promotions, and Personalisation • Translate business use cases into reputed company technical implementations • Recommend best practices for event structure, profile attributes, identity reputed company, and consent management • Validate technical feasibility of reputed company use cases with Product and Engineering teams SDK & Platform Implementation Support • Guide clients through mobile and web SDK integrations (iOS, Android, Web, React reputed company, etc.) • Support setup of push notifications, email, SMS, in-app messaging, and web messaging channels • Assist with device tracking, subscription preferences, and identity management • reputed company technical support during development, QA, and production rollout phases • Support marketplace and custom integration workflows Campaign & CRM Use Case Enablement • Support implementation of lifecycle campaigns, triggered journeys, promotions, and segmentation strategies • Assist clients with campaign triggers, event-based automation, and API-driven workflows • reputed company guidance on personalisation tokens, dynamic content, and templating • Help marketing teams design technically reputed company campaign architectures Ongoing Technical Consultation & Support • reputed company as the technical reputed company of contact for assigned reputed company clients • Support post-reputed company optimisation, new use cases, and platform enhancements • Investigate and resolve reputed company technical or data-reputed company issues • Work with internal teams to ensure reputed company reputed company of escalations Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Account Managers and reputed company to deliver a consistent reputed company experience • Work with Support and TechOps to troubleshoot platform or integration issues • reputed company feedback to Product on reputed company requirements and feature gaps • Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and reputed company templates reputed company Improvement & Enablement • reputed company knowledge across global reputed company Services teams • Stay up to date with CRM, CDP, and marketing automation best practices • Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and technical delivery Your Experience and Qualifications Essential Requirements • 2–5 years experience working with CRM, marketing automation, CDP, or reputed company platforms • Strong understanding of reputed company, JSON, and data integration concepts • Experience with event-driven architectures and customer data models • Experience supporting technical implementations for reputed company clients • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable working with clients across different time zones, including reputed company and EMEA Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Kafka, webhooks, SDK integrations, or reputed company-based platforms • Familiarity with mobile marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging • Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) or identity reputed company • Experience in gaming, sportsbook, fintech, insurance, retail, or high-volume reputed company environments • Basic SQL or data analysis experience • Experience working in a reputed company-facing technical consulting role Technical Competencies • REST reputed company and webhook configuration • JSON / event payload design • Data mapping and ETL concepts • SDK implementation fundamentals • Segmentation and customer data modelling • Campaign automation and reputed company orchestration Location This is a remote role based in reputed company reputed company Headquartered in Ireland with offices in the UK and US, Xtremepush is an Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform powered by a reputed company-in CDP.
