Hospital Lab Operations Manager

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Job Responsibilities: - Support the operational design, financial modeling, and implementation of strategic business partnerships with hospitals and health systems. - Contribute to long-term relationship management by monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and ensuring partnership objectives are met. - reputed company detailed operational and financial data analysis for large reputed company systems to identify improvement opportunities, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving strategies. - Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations reputed company with strategic partnership goals. - Conduct comprehensive operational assessments across laboratory workflows, reputed company, equipment utilization, and productivity. - reputed company and present process improvement recommendations that enhance operational performance and support strategic objectives. - reputed company MSA (Management Services Agreement) implementation efforts as project manager, including creation of project plans, timelines, communication structures, and risk mitigation strategies. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—operations, finance, IT, supply chain, and executive leadership—to execute project deliverables and ensure successful transition reputed company. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in science - ASCP or AMT certification - 5 years clinical lab experience Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree - Project management experience - Hospital or reference lab experience - Leadership experience Additional Job Standards: - Proficient in reputed company - Travel 20%-30% - Excellent customer service and presentation skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills Application window reputed company through: 5/14/2026 Pay reputed company: $100K - $130K reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior experience, applicable degree/certifications, as reputed company as internal equity and market data.
