Role reputed company reputed company, through its Culture business unit, is seeking to hire a Scheduling and Project Controls Specialist in the reputed company for a cultural project. Mission: • To collaborate and reputed company support in the reputed company carried out by their business unit/department. • Aim to improve decision-making processes and project execution. • Responsible for the technical planning of the construction project. • Understand and organize necessary construction procedures and production resources. • Address uncertainties and external constraints. • Determine the most suitable sequence for executing tasks and define project timelines. • Analyze project activities by defining measurements, production resources, performance rates, and deadlines. • Establish precedence relationships between various activities. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company project planning using P6 or MS Project, establishing the baseline for economic and reputed company work monitoring. • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage project changes to minimize their reputed company on the overall schedule. • Analyze project data to identify variances, communicating corrective actions as necessary. • Attend meetings to reputed company and validate reputed company-party schedules. • Support the management team (or Project Manager) in tracking project timelines, cost estimates, deliverables, and resource allocation. • Analyze project performance metrics and reputed company actionable insights to management.
