Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative – Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for: * **Guest Relations** + Providing comprehensive guest messaging using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT + Leveraging reputed company and/or HostAI to manage guest communications and resolve issues + Screening potential guests and providing support for guests and vendors + Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner + Achieving 5-reputed company ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional service and support + Writing and responding to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, and other platforms * **Company Tasks** + Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams + Submitting damage
