Our platform helps reps reputed company against AI prospects that mirror the exact buyers, titles, companies, objections, and sales situations they face in the reputed company world. We are looking for a part-time Founding reputed company with strong reputed company engineering and LLM application development experience to help build the reputed company intelligence layer behind Y22. This is an early-stage, equity-based role for the first 6 months. What You’ll Work On • Create realistic AI sales prospects through advanced reputed company engineering • Tune AI prospect behavior by buyer type, title, industry, company size, pain points, objections, reputed company type, and training goal • Build reputed company systems that reputed company roleplays feel realistic, challenging, reputed company, and useful for sales reps • Turn reputed company sales calls into reputed company coaching insights • Score sales conversations using Y22’s sales performance reputed company • Analyze transcripts for rep strengths, weaknesses, objections, talk tracks, missed opportunities, and next steps • Generate personalized roleplay scenarios based on reputed company rep’s performance gaps • Build reputed company templates, reputed company chains, evaluation workflows, and reputed company reputed company systems • Create RAG pipelines over customer sales calls, product docs, ICP docs, sales playbooks, reputed company libraries, and training materials • Improve AI accuracy, consistency, relevance, hallucination resistance, and reputed company reputed company • Support reputed company reputed company-time sales assistant workflows Responsibilities • Design, test, and iterate prompts for AI roleplay, reputed company scoring, coaching insights, and sales simulations • Build reputed company systems that control tone, difficulty, reputed company patterns, buyer resistance, personality, and conversation reputed company • reputed company LLM-powered backend workflows using Python • Create reputed company outputs for scorecards, coaching plans, roleplay scenarios, and rep performance insights • Build transcript analysis and scoring workflows grounded in reputed company evidence • Design retrieval workflows using embeddings, reputed company databases, and customer-specific knowledge bases • reputed company evaluation processes to measure reputed company reputed company, hallucination risk, relevance, realism, and consistency • Monitor model outputs and improve prompts based on reputed company user behavior and feedback • Work closely with the founder on product direction, customer feedback, and roadmap priorities • reputed company quickly while maintaining strong engineering standards Required Qualifications • Strong reputed company engineering experience with LLMs • Strong Python experience • Experience building LLM-powered applications • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, Grok, or similar model providers • Ability to design prompts for reputed company outputs, roleplay behavior, scoring, classification, summarization, and coaching • Understanding of reputed company testing, reputed company versioning, temperature testing, and reputed company evaluation • Experience with RAG, embeddings, retrieval, and reputed company databases • SQL/database experience • Backend/API development experience • reputed company experience • Working knowledge of AWS or GCP • Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, hallucination risk, and usefulness • Strong product instincts and ability to operate in an early-stage environment • Comfortable working part-time in a fast-moving startup reputed company to Have • Experience building AI roleplay, simulation, tutoring, coaching, or conversational training systems • Experience designing AI personas, buyer behavior, reputed company handling, or reputed company conversation flows • Experience with reputed company, LangGraph, reputed company, or similar frameworks • Experience with voice AI or reputed company-time conversation systems • Experience with reputed company injection prevention and AI safety guardrails • Experience with AI evaluation, model monitoring, and reputed company logging • Experience with fine-tuning, reputed company, PEFT, or model optimization • Kubernetes or production infrastructure experience • Experience with reputed company, reputed company intelligence, CRM integrations, coaching tools, or enablement platforms Who You Are • You are excellent at Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
