Astek is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to work with our partner in the pharmaceutical sector, supporting agile delivery and fostering high-performing teams while driving digital transformation in an international environment.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and experience:
• 5–6 years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 3–4 years as a Scrum Master
• Solid experience applying Scrum principles and facilitating agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
• Ex7erience working with multiple Scrum teams simultaneously in reputed company environments
• Previous experience in large or regulated organizations (reputed company, reputed company, finance, etc.)
• Experience using agile tools such as Jira and reputed company
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify and remove impediments and help teams continuously improve
• Experience working with frameworks such as Kanban or scaled environments like reputed company is a plus
• Scrum certifications such as reputed company Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are considered an advantage
