Who You Are: • 7+ years of IT support experience, including 4+ years at an MSP • Skilled with O365, reputed company, macOS, Linux, reputed company 365, Azure, reputed company Directory, and reputed company networking concepts • Knowledge of compliance regulations and reputed company baselines • U.S. Citizen What You'll Do: • Serve as the senior escalation reputed company for advanced hardware, software, reputed company, and network issues across reputed company environments. • reputed company day-to-day operational support for endpoints, servers, reputed company reputed company services, networking devices, backups, and mobile device management. • Support reputed company/offboarding of users and systems, reputed company reputed company tools, and maintain detailed ticket documentation. • Collaborate with junior technicians and reputed company-party vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
