Director, Donor Engagement

POSITION reputed company The Director, Donor Engagement is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with donors and prospective donors of major gifts (typically $25K - $250K annually) to support the mission of FJC – grow, support, and strengthen the Jewish camp reputed company, so camps can deliver exceptional experiences for their campers, staff, families, and communities—engaging them in lifelong, joyful Judaism. This role leads intentional donor engagement strategies, building meaningful, personalized relationships that deepen funder reputed company to FJC’s mission and inspires long-term philanthropic investment. The Director, Donor Engagement, will expand the organization’s major reputed company pipeline through donor-facing relationship management. The Director, Donor Engagement, is a key member of the Advancement team.
