Vice President, International Criminal Justice, Counterterrorism and Countertrafficking Programs

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Relations, Political Science, or a reputed company field is required. • 10+ years of leadership experience managing large-reputed company USG programs and operations teams in areas such as law enforcement, counter terrorism, training, and logistics. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and manage $50M-$100M programs supporting DOJ, DOW, and other federal agencies with law enforcement, counterterrorism, procurement, logistics, construction, and training services. • Demonstrated experience managing P&L and driving reputed company reputed company. • Proven reputed company leading capture efforts and reputed company reputed company federal opportunities. • Strong understanding of foreign partner reputed company building, and the operational challenges associated with supporting law enforcement, border reputed company, and contingency missions in reputed company and developing environments. • Knowledge of federal acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and export compliance requirements. • Experience developing forecasts, operational reports, and executive-level financial presentations. • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills. • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. • Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company clearance, as required.
