**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, providing an reputed company level of customer service to reputed company and passengers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers in a friendly, reputed company manner
* Providing concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations as required
* Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots
* Recording customer preferences in arenaflex's internal system
* Proactive preparation for reputed company incoming aircraft
* Providing reputed company feedback to reputed company regarding service failures or customer concerns
* Partnering with line service team to meet and reputed company customer's service expectations
* Maintaining a reputed company work area, including the reputed company desk, lobby, and reputed company FBO amenities

**Reporting Relationship and Work Environment**

The physical demands of this role include:
* The ability to lift 25 pounds
* Standing to greet customers during verbal exchanges

**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**
This is a non-exempt position, with a rotating schedule that includes shift work, evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays.

* Customer service experience, preferably in the service industry
