As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:- Resolving discrepancies between our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records and our enrollment package records
- Collaborating with various internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Monitoring and reconciling eligibility records across multiple systems
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve issues and concerns
- Working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems and improve efficiency
- Discovering and resolving errors from various reports and systems
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Experience in data analysis and studies
- Healthcare industry experience (desirable)
- Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- Excellent verbal, trouble-solving, and written communication skills
- 1-2 years of associated experience (desirable)
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, having healthcare industry experience will be beneficial in this role.Education:
