**The Role**
As an Experienced Call Center Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and prospects on a daily basis. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through your expertise and enthusiasm. **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers needing to move, providing expert advice and guidance to meet their needs
* Be self-motivated and proactive in driving sales and customer satisfaction
* Work well in a Call Center atmosphere, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
* Basic computer navigation skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
* High energy on the phones, with the ability to "assume the close" and drive sales through your expertise and enthusiasm
**Requirements**
* Punctual on a daily basis, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
**Compensation Structure**
* Competitive hourly rate of $14-$17.00 per hour, plus commission
* Agents averaging $20-$25/hourly with commissions added, providing a significant earning potential
