A Typical Day as a WFH Data Entry - Customer Success - Entry Level Associate
As a WFH Data Entry - Customer Success - Entry Level Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and assisting with customer concerns.
* Verifying data and information using a verification process to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Addressing customer questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Documenting both customer concerns and solutions, maintaining accurate records and reports.
* Meeting or exceeding all managed metrics, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively.
* Keeping your community safe and making a difference, contributing to arenaflex's mission of inspiring positive change.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Ambitious and customer-focused individual**: A strong desire to deliver exceptional service to our customers and inspire positive change within our organization.
* **Ability to handle stressful customer interactions**: Experience in handling high-pressure situations and resolving complex customer issues.
* **One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience**: A proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* **Strong computer skills**: Proficiency in using computer software and systems, with dual monitor experience preferred.
* **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
* **Problem-solving skills**: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
* **Ability to handle high call volumes**: Experience in handling high-volume calls, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
* **Work from home requirements**: Ability to work from home with internet in a quiet area, with a computer connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
