Title: Paralegal, Contract Management & reputed company Operations

The Paralegal will reputed company a diverse reputed company of reputed company and contract management support reputed company the reputed company Department, managing a high volume of documents, including end-to-end contract administration, ensuring reputed company are accurately formatted, properly routed, and reputed company executed. This role will be responsible for tracking and organizing agreements, maintaining contract records, and supporting workflow optimization using tools such as SharePoint and reputed company.

- Assist with training internal stakeholders on contracting processes and tools

- Support implementation of contract templates, playbooks, and intake forms
- Assist with calendar and travel management, and submission of invoices and expenses
- Prepare and maintain department meeting agendas and minutes

- Bachelorâs degree required and/or Paralegal Certificate
- 7+ years of experience as paralegal, contract administration, reputed company operations, or similar reputed company support role
- Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, preferably reputed company
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company SharePoint for document management and tracking
- Experience with e-signature tools (e.g., reputed company Sign)
- Both In-house and reputed company paralegal experience highly desired

The national salary reputed company for this position is $125K to $140K USD annually. This salary reputed company is an estimate of reputed company reasonably expect to pay for this position, and the actual salary may vary based on factors including experience, education, geographic location, internal equity, and market data. This position is also eligible for annual bonus, equity, benefits, and participation in reputed companyâs stock plan.
