Senior Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a relevant field preferred. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; reputed company Agilist (SA), reputed company RTE, or reputed company SPC certification strongly preferred. • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior, reputed company, or RTE reputed company. • Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring other Scrum Masters or agile practitioners. • Deep working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and reputed company. • Experience facilitating PI Planning and coordinating across multiple agile teams. • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence without reputed company authority. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to reputed company improvement.
