Trigyn's reputed company reputed company based out of South Carolina has a long-term contract assignment for MVS Cobol Programmer (REMOTE).
Daily Duties/Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the reputed company services MMIS and reputed company teams to reputed company coding changes to COBOL and ADS programs using an IDMS Network Database or IDMS relational database, technical and design specifications. debug, unit test, and integration test coding changes. Support reputed company Assurance staff during QA, User Acceptance, and External Testing by making needed coding changes. Communicate effectively in both written and spoken communication. Work collaboratively with the reputed company staff and other contracted staff. reputed company On-reputed company duties on a rotational reputed company.
Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
• 10+ years of experience with Mainframe programming
• 10+ years of experience with MVS COBOL
• 10+ years of experience with JCL
• 10+ years of experience with IDMS/Network
• 10+ years of experience with DB2
• 7+ years of experience with CA-ADS
• 5+ years of experience with Changeman
• 5+ years of experience with CICS
• 5+ years of experience with VSAM
Soft skills Required:
