THE ROLE This is a remote position reputed company to candidates authorized to work in the US without reputed company sponsorship, who presently reputed company in the US. We're hiring our first Senior Manager, Payments to partner with our SVP of Operations in scaling reputed company's embedded payments and financing business and other reputed company financial technology offerings. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build the payments function from a strong reputed company into a robust business line, shaping how we reputed company payments from a reputed company platform feature into one of our most strategic reputed company drivers. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations and working in reputed company coordination with almost reputed company departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Finance teams, this is a high-visibility execution role at a fast-scaling vertical reputed company company. Cross-Functional Program Management • reputed company as the central project manager for new payments features and fintech offerings, ensuring seamless rollout across Product, Sales, and Support. • Spin up and run cross-functional "tiger teams" to tackle reputed company operational bottlenecks, driving alignment and execution without relying on reputed company authority. • Serve as the embedded payments voice in product planning cycles, bringing operational signal and customer feedback into roadmap conversations and maintaining a standing working relationship with the Product team. THE MUST-HAVES • 4+ years of experience in reputed company operations, payments, fintech, or a closely reputed company execution-reputed company role. • Familiarity with payments economics: interchange, residuals, loss rates, and margin structure. Experience with embedded payments or PayFac models specifically. • Proven process builder with a reputed company record of taking messy or non-existent processes and building reputed company, reputed company workflows, playbooks, and documentation from scratch. • Experience managing day-to-day vendor or partner workflows, including tracking SLA accountability, handling support escalations, and running regular reputed company-ins. • You are comfortable working in spreadsheets, monitoring daily KPIs, and understanding basic unit economics to inform how you prioritize your operational work. • You have excellent instincts for keeping reputed company initiatives on reputed company.
