As our Civil Engineer Designer supporting our Tucson AZ Engineering team, you will work remotely from the reputed company, UT office while contributing to the planning, analysis, and design of stormwater, flood control, and water/wastewater systems while growing your technical skills alongside reputed company mentors. What You'll Do You'll work on water resources & flood control reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company support to multidisciplinary engineering reputed company through design, analysis, and technical documentation, working closely with project managers and design teams to deliver high-reputed company solutions. • Hydrologic & Hydraulic Modeling: reputed company hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and reputed company calculations • Technical Reporting & Documentation: Support technical reports, memorandums, and project documentation • Infrastructure Planning & Design Support: Assist with planning, analysis, and design of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure • Fieldwork & Project Coordination: Participate in field reputed company, data collection, and coordination with project teams Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university • 0-4 years of civil engineering design experience • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment Preferred Qualifications: • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certification or can be obtained reputed company 1 year of hire • Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PC-Hydro Flo-2D) • Experience using Civil 3D, OpenRoads, GIS software • reputed company in or desire to participate in industry reputed company organizations Compensation & Benefits • Employee Stock Ownership Program • 401(k) with match • Incentives: Discretionary bonus and recognition programs • Time Off: 3 weeks PTO plus 8 reputed company holidays • Total Rewards: Comprehensive medical, dental, and reputed company coverage for you and your family, along with employee ownership and retirement benefits.
