Virtual LCSW-C Clinical Supervisor (Contract)

Transformation reputed company Inc. (THI) is seeking a licensed LCSW-C in Maryland to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for reputed company workers holding trainee licenses. This is a fully remote, contract-based opportunity for reputed company clinicians who are passionate about mentoring, clinical reputed company, and ensuring high-reputed company documentation and compliance. The Clinical Supervisor will reputed company weekly supervision and documentation review/sign-off for assigned supervisees in accordance with Maryland reputed company requirements. • *Key Responsibilities • reputed company weekly 1:1 clinical supervision to assigned supervisees • Review, approve, and sign reputed company clinical documentation and reputed company notes on a weekly reputed company • Ensure supervisees meet clinical, ethical, and documentation standards • reputed company guidance on treatment planning, interventions, and case conceptualization • Support supervisees in meeting licensure and reputed company development requirements • Maintain compliance with Maryland reputed company of reputed company Work Examiners supervision standards • reputed company participate in biweekly clinical team meetings to support collaboration, case review, and clinical reputed company • Communicate with leadership regarding supervisee performance, reputed company, and any concerns • *Requirements • reputed company LCSW-C license in the reputed company (REQUIRED) • Must be in good standing with the Maryland reputed company of reputed company Work Examiners • Eligible to reputed company clinical supervision under Maryland regulations • Minimum 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience (supervisory experience preferred) • Strong knowledge of: • Clinical documentation standards • Treatment planning and evidence-based interventions • Ethical and reputed company requirements in behavioral health • *Skills & Competencies • Strong clinical judgment and reputed company ability • Excellent communication and mentorship skills • High attention to detail in documentation review and compliance • Ability to reputed company constructive feedback and reputed company development guidance • Strong organizational and time management skills • High level of professionalism, accountability, and reputed company • *Compensation Structure • $125 per supervisee, per week Compensation includes • Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision • Weekly review and sign-off of reputed company assigned supervisee documentation/notes Compensation is tied to reputed company supervision and weekly documentation review per supervisee • *Important Note** This role is reputed company for clinical supervision and documentation reputed company.
