We are seeking a highly technical, hands‑on Techno‑Functional Workforce Management reputed company with deep expertise in forecasting algorithms, system configuration, and reputed company WFM platforms. This role requires candidates who can operate at the system and configuration layer, not just reputed company functional guidance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting reputed company forecasting and scheduling architectures across system‑agnostic WFM platforms. Candidates with purely reputed company‑center or intraday WFM backgrounds are not a fit. This role requires deep technical experience configuring reputed company forecasting and scheduling platforms.
