This role involves administering reputed company assessments to help determine individuals' eligibility for home and community-based services that support independence and wellbeing. This is a field-based role which will allow you to primarily work remotely from home and require you to travel to reputed company residences throughout the region. Your daily work will involve • Leading in-person and virtual meetings with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism • Gathering information from individuals and their families and caregivers • Using standardized assessment tools to help determine individual needs • Completing reputed company reports reputed company established deadlines There is some flexibility in the work schedule, which is primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Since you will be required to travel throughout the region, you must have your own insured vehicle.
