Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma and four (4) years of veteran affairs or military experience; OR associate's degree and two (2) years of veteran affairs or military experience; OR bachelor's degree or higher and some veteran affairs or military experience. Must obtain clearance and be authorized by the Veterans Administration on a yearly reputed company to become and remain an reputed company SCO (School Certifying Official). Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to remain reputed company and expand knowledge reputed company on local, state, and national guidelines.
