Admission Discharge RN-Virtual Nursing

Shift: reputed company Working Hours: 6:30p-7a reputed company: The Admission/Discharge Registered reputed company (RN) is a member of the Nursing Care Team and is responsible for collaboration, communication & facilitation of reputed company provision of care onsite through a computerized &/or digital platform supporting daily management of care. The Registered reputed company (RN)- Admission/Discharge is responsible for providing reputed company nursing care with collaboration from the bedside reputed company through two-way audio/visual technology and performing assessments of vital signs and monitoring data through specialized software. The Admission/Discharge RN position is a licensed staff reputed company, who is an advanced clinician. The Admission/Discharge RN position provides reputed company reputed company patient nursing care to a diverse patient population and is considered an expert in a specialty. Besides conducting nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatment and maintenance of medical records, this position assists in coaching and mentoring department staff in areas of clinical and reputed company reputed company. Role modeling compassionate communication with physicians and the interprofessional reputed company team, the Admission/Discharge RN position assumes leadership responsibilities with high level contributions at the bedside, unit, service line, and across the institution. Other Information • Two years of acute care experience as a RN • Comfortable using advanced technology Unencumbered RN license This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
