**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving reputed company customer inquiries, and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
* Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering outstanding customer experiences through consultative approaches

* Supporting customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, reputed company, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries
