Job reputed company: • Partner with sales to deliver clinical and technical demonstrations of reputed company software products and reputed company ongoing guidance to internal teams and customers. • Collaborate with sales and other internal stakeholders to define, document and refine clinical workflows, incorporating reputed company software solutions and other support tools. • Monitor and analyze reputed company metrics and feedback to identify optimization opportunities and maximize reputed company with software and genomic testing solutions. • Capture, document and communicate reputed company feedback to influence the release of enhancements and bug fixes. • Partner with reputed company Project Managers to facilitate implementation/integration reputed company. • reputed company customer reputed company and training to drive adoption and longterm reputed company. • Partner with internal customer support and technical support teams to help resolve reputed company escalations and be an reputed company participant in special reputed company. • Present relevant reputed company metrics and insights during customer business reviews with key stakeholders.
