Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and community engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs and recommending solutions to meet their requirements * Learn about products and services using our tools and training programs, and provide information to customers to drive sales growth * Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments * Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring a clean, shopable, and safe environment for customers and associates * Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty * Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments, to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment * Participate in sales promotions, events, and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required;
