As an Experienced Project Manager, Global Customer Care – Hybrid Role, you'll play a critical role in leading our project teams to deliver high-quality results, drive business success, and foster a culture of excellence. **About the Role** As a seasoned project manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing various projects across operational, commercial, and new product development areas. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work from home two days a week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to arenaflex's success. You'll work closely with our team to develop project charters, management plans, and Gantt charts, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting stakeholder expectations. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Project Manager, Global Customer Care – Hybrid Role, your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the development of project charters and management plans, directing and managing project teams to deliver high-quality results * Collaborating with project stakeholders to refine project scope, creating detailed Work Breakdown Structures and reviewing them with your manager for approval * Communicating effectively with managers and team members, providing direct feedback on performance reviews and defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team member * Developing and managing project Gantt charts, analyzing critical paths and major workstreams, and monitoring costs within budget * Creating risk management plans, identifying, analyzing, and understanding project risks, and developing and monitoring risk response plans * Estimating, acquiring, and assigning project team resources, providing direct feedback to functional managers on performance reviews * Developing stakeholder management plans, based on the identification, analysis, and understanding of stakeholder expectations * Executing communications management plans for project teams and key stakeholders, incorporating end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle * Managing multiple projects simultaneously, depending on complexity, and serving as the PMO project lifecycle expert on the team * Performing project status reporting, exercising good judgment when escalating project and operational risks, and leveraging PM tools to manage open actions, risks, key decisions, and lessons learned * Actively engaging in improving PMO processes, knowledge platforms, and culture, building strong relationships with project team members, stakeholders, and leadership **What You Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering) * 4+ years of project management-related work experience, with demonstrated experience managing or leading projects of varying complexity through the full project lifecycle * Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or other tools (highly preferred) * Certification in Project Management, CAPM, or PMP (preferred) * Utilization of agile and/or waterfall planning methodology (preferred) * Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for product design (preferred) * Lead projects for medical devices or regulated industries (preferred) **What We Offer** As an Experienced Project Manager, Global Customer Care – Hybrid Role at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home two days a week * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * A comprehensive training program to enhance your project management skills * A culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced project manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
