Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring accurate input of data into various sales systems, including but not limited to: + Group Enrollment Forms (GEFs) + Renewals + Revisions + Terminations + New sales * Ensuring reputed company appropriate data is received to process the Group Enrollment reputed company (GEF) * Identifying reputed company improvement processes and procedures to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy * Processing Group Enrollment Forms (GEFs) on renewals, revisions, terminations, etc. * Serving as the primary internal contact for Enrollment and premium billing for various processes * Collaborating with Sales & Account Managers on new sales, renewals, revisions, and terminations of group business **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in a data entry reputed company position, preferably in a managed care setting * Managed care experience is highly preferred * Previous customer service experience is highly preferred * Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and reputed company **reputed company-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive reputed company wage of $18.00/hr and a hybrid work environment, with 2 days of remote work and 3 days of in-office work.
