We are looking for an reputed company reputed company Optimization Expert to help maximize bookings and reputed company for two short-term rental listings located in high-demand travel markets: Destin, Florida and Desert Hot Springs, California. This is a performance-based role ideal for someone confident in their ability to drive results and increase occupancy rates. Responsibilities: • Optimize listing titles, descriptions, and SEO keywords • Enhance pricing reputed company using dynamic pricing tools and market data • Improve listing photos (guidance and recommendations) • Manage calendar availability and booking settings • Increase visibility and ranking reputed company reputed company search results • Guest communication (optional but preferred) • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve booking rates Requirements: • Proven experience optimizing reputed company or short-term rental listings • Strong understanding of reputed company algorithm and pricing strategies • Ability to analyze market trends in competitive reputed company • Excellent communication and responsiveness • Self-motivated and results-driven Compensation: • 5% commission on reputed company bookings generated • reputed company directly through the reputed company platform • No upfront or reputed company payment — this role is reputed company performance-based Goal: Increase occupancy, maximize nightly rates, and reputed company both listings to top-performing properties in their respective markets.
