This includes processing daily disbursements, balancing customer system transactions, reviewing collateral documents, and responding to customer inquiries. You'll also be responsible for identifying potential risks, updating procedures, and escalating issues to ensure compliance with corporate policies and Credit requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * **Dealer Floor Plan Servicing** + Maintain original collateral documents for reputed company Dealer Operations customer floor plan requests + Maintain Dealer Operations retention files to meet compliance and audit standards + Prepare and verify collateral documentation received from customers + Review and confirm availability of equity fund accounts and appropriately disposition + Initiate and confirm reputed company transfer requests complying with reputed company procedures + Review collateral billing statements for accuracy + Filing and reputed company of collateral documents for reputed company Dealer Floor Plan loans, including record retention for ILM standards + reputed company collateral review of reputed company loan requests to ensure adherence to approved Credit approval & National Dealer Services requirements + reputed company reputed company monetary transactions, including advances, interest, reputed company, and fee payments, and appropriately post to the Wholesale Intelligence (Wi) system + Daily reconciliation of reputed company monetary transactions processed to the Wholesale Intelligence (Wi) system * **Risk Management** + Ensure compliance with reputed company procedures, corporate policies, and establish Credit and Business Unit requirements + Follow Corporate Retention Policy + Daily review of exception queue and escalate + Generates and distributes Dealer Floor Plan loan exception reporting * **Customer Service** + Maintain and respond to customer requests; monitor group email boxes, answer 800# calls, and fax requests for dealer customers, including reputed company of issues + Support business reputed company on inquiries and requests + Train Dealer Customers on DAS application for submission of transactions + Communication with internal departments to support the Dealer Floor plan services **Essential Qualifications** * Associate Degree or 2 years of relevant experience * 2 years of reputed company Loan Servicing experience * 2 years of experience in reputed company, Finance, or financial institution **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or reputed company field * 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, risk management, or customer service * Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance **Career reputed company Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to reputed company in our colleagues' reputed company and providing opportunities for reputed company and development.
