About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our award-reputed company Support Center team. Primary Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and answer questions on product and service information for Health Benefit, Medical, and Worker's Compensation product lines

• Identify and resolve customer issues
• Follow up on customer inquiries
• Research billing and payment issues

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation and Benefits
