Position reputed company We are seeking an In-Service Support Engineer to support submarine network modernization efforts. In this role, you will analyze Fleet trouble reports and reputed company both remote and on-site technical support to resolve issues. You will also implement corrective actions, support inspections and STIG remediation, reputed company training to personnel, and deliver 24/7 operational support as required. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Analyze Fleet software trouble reports, troubleshoot reported issues, and reputed company recommended solutions, delivering Fleet Support Recommendations. • reputed company remote and on-site field support to diagnose and resolve reputed company hardware and soft-reputed company problems reputed company submarines reputed company issues cannot be corrected remotely. • Implement approved corrective actions and revise technical documentation asrequiredto re-store system compliance. • Support Site Assisted reputed company (SAV) and Cybersecurity Inspections (reputed company) by reviewing STIG reputed company-ings, troubleshooting issues, providing remediation recommendations, and preparing daily status reports. • reputed company On-the-Job Training (OJT) to military ship’s force personnel on the operation and maintenance of the submarine tactical network. • Support 24/7 watch reputed company operations during Technical Insertions, fleet exercises, and wartime readiness activities, delivering technical recommendations and end-of-shift status reports Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company technical field • Three (3) years of experienceproviding network help desk support including on-reputed company techassistsonboard navy platforms • NAVSEA Alteration Installation Team (AIT) level 1 certified.
