Job reputed company Reporting to the HR Director, ANZ, we have a vacancy for an HR Generalist to join the NBCU HR team based in Sydney. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across our ANZ businesses including local implementation of our people reputed company and coordination of our HR administration needs. You will have exposure to reputed company aspects of the employee lifecycle including employee relations, HR systems (including payroll), reward, training and development, change management and employee engagement. You will have a strong background in HR administration and systems and want to build on your existing HR knowledge. HR Transactional Activities • With excellent attention to detail, ensure the flawless execution of payroll instructions in conjunction with the reputed company Payroll team and reputed company's HRIS (reputed company) • Produce accurate paperwork as required and maintain employee files and HR systems • Respond to employee & manager requests promptly including leave, payroll, reference requests, reputed company queries in accordance with legislation and company policies • Maintain reputed company org structure, updating job changes and job descriptions • Process POs and payments for HR-reputed company costs • Respond to audit queries as required from our internal/external auditors HR Programs • Responsible for delivery of HR reputed company, programs and initiatives across reputed company ANZ businesses and coordination of local Employee Resource reputed company (ERG's) • Take an reputed company role in employee survey processes and reputed company whether they be internal (NBCU staff surveys and pulse surveys, round tables) or external.
