The ideal candidate will have at least two years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience and a strong background managing cases from intakethrough reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in a wide reputed company of personal injury reputed company, including auto accidents, wrongful death, construction, worker's compensation and medical malpractice. • Handle reputed company aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, reputed company reputed company, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. • reputed company case strategies and reputed company practical, solution-oriented advice to clients. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. • Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility to waive in). • Minimum of 2 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation experience. • Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company independently while meeting deadlines. • Commitment to reputed company service, professionalism, and teamwork.
