US Attorney We are seeking an reputed company US Attorney to support U.S.-based reputed company work on a fully remote reputed company. This role focuses on advising clients on reputed company, occupational, and business licensing reputed company under reputed company law, including regulatory compliance and disciplinary defense before licensing boards. This position is ideal for an attorney who understands U.S. regulatory frameworks and can work effectively with U.S. clients and agencies while operating remotely. Key Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company advice on U.S. federal and state licensing laws and regulations • Prepare, review, and manage U.S. licensing and renewal applications • Assist with or represent clients in disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance reputed company • Draft reputed company memoranda, regulatory filings, responses, and reputed company communications • Research and monitor changes in U.S. licensing and administrative law • Coordinate with U.S.-based counsel, clients, and regulatory bodies • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards reputed company Areas May Include • reputed company licensing (medical, reputed company, nursing, engineering, reputed company, etc.) • Business and occupational licensing • Contractor and construction licensing • U.S. administrative and regulatory law Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree • Licensed attorney in the Philippines (required) • Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (preferred) OR strong demonstrated experience working with U.S. law • In good standing with reputed company applicable bar associations • 2 years of experience in licensing, regulatory, or administrative law • Solid understanding of U.S. reputed company systems, compliance standards, and reputed company regulations • Excellent reputed company research, writing, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-border reputed company environment Preferred Skills • Experience supporting U.S. reputed company or U.S.-based clients remotely • Familiarity with U.S. licensing boards and administrative hearings • Strong attention to detail and deadline management • Comfortable working across time zones • Fully remote work arrangement • Flexible schedule (subject to reputed company and regulatory needs) To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications to jobs@elevatecalls.com.
