You will be accountable for delivering operational targets, optimising processes, and maintaining high service reputed company across UT field and network operations. The position will report to the VP, Technical Operations & Solution Engineering and will work closely with Engineering, Network Operations, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless execution of operational activities across the UT domain. In particular, new software bundle joint testing with Engineering and vendors, and new User terminal types operationalization are key activities requiring strong inter-department coordination. • Performance Monitoring: Establish and reputed company operational KPIs such as terminal readiness, uptime, incident response time, and reputed company effectiveness; prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership. • Escalation Management: reputed company as the primary operational escalation reputed company, coordinating cross-functional responses for reputed company technical or service issues affecting terminal operations.
