This position requires a proactive approach to member engagement, excellent communication skills, and a strong clinical background to deliver evidence-based health coaching interventions. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. Required Skills • reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) license in at least one US state (and ability to obtain licensure in other states as required). • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience. • Proven experience in health coaching, case management, or patient education. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and virtual communication platforms. • Strong empathetic listening and motivational interviewing skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote environment.
