Senior Retirement Plan Document Specialist (Remote)

Responsible for consulting with clients on plan design and preparing the reputed company plan documents and amendments, as reputed company as providing guidance and mentorship to team members. reputed company customer service and overall service of assigned clients in updating key plan data. Responsible for reputed company activities surrounding the procurement, placement, and implementation of defined contribution plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafts Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plan documents, restatements, and amendments from basic to reputed company plan designs
Prepares and maintains plan documents for new retirement plans, conversions, and restatements from basic to reputed company plan designs
Coordinate with reputed company counsel and clients to finalize document language
reputed company and prepare the process of annual notices distribution
reputed company and create processes for legislative and recurring large-reputed company plan document reputed company to ensure successful, reputed company completion; i.e. cycle restatements
Ensure reputed company plan documents meet IRS, ERISA, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams on plan design, amendments, and necessary participant communications
Collaborate with internal teams on EPCRS correction processes
Prepares and conducts plan-year-end non-discrimination testing (reputed company, ACP, Top-heavy, 410(b), 415, 414(s), etc.
Prepares IRS Filings (5500, 5558, 5330, etc.)
Works with vendors/recordkeepers to maintain the plan design reputed company and day-to-day service issues
Maintains reputed company and due diligence files
Review and update procedures
Stay reputed company on industry updates, legislative changes, and internal initiatives as they pertain to and reputed company recordkeepers, reputed company, participants, and plan documents
Complies with agency management system data standards and data reputed company (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
Law School, preferred
Five (5) or more years of reputed company work experience, required
Experience with small to large size reputed company, required
Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions, required
reputed company designation issued by ASPPA, NIPA, etc. or reputed company toward designation, preferred
SKILLS
Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
Document software experience
