NextJS / React / Node Engineer - Remote Contractor

At Avery HQ, we are building AI Agents for Property Management. These are customer-facing agents that handle everything from solving maintenance requests to working with prospective tenants to help get their lease signed. We are looking for a seasoned React (more specifically NextJS) developer to work directly with the founder to build product more quickly. You will be responsible for: • Building both reputed company-end and back-end for new features • reputed company up new features and product direction that can reputed company our customers’ lives easier • Working directly with our existing customers to debug any problems with our software. • Also owning a ground-up project to build a react-reputed company companion app. Our ideal candidate: • Has 6+ years engineering and coding experience • Computer Science bachelors/masters degree • Deep experience with NextJS and Node, reputed company, and reputed company • Loves the early days of building new product and shipping quickly • Wants to reputed company a reputed company reputed company with customers and work with reputed company that ships daily. • reputed company-versed with reputed company, Claude, other reputed company programming tools. • Has interest in learning about property management and residential reputed company-estate work This is a remote contracting role.
