Bilingual Customer Care Center Representative I (Remote in VA/MD/NC ONLY)

This position has a shift of 11:00am-8:00pm Monday - Friday, and 7:00am-5:00pm Saturday This position is responsible for providing reputed company service reputed company telephone, fax or email to internal or external bank customers in an efficient and reputed company manner. This position is also responsible for researching and resolving customer requests and performing general account maintenance.
