Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or reputed company field (Master's preferred). • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in clinical trial start-up, with demonstrated leadership experience. • Proven ability to manage multi-country start-up activities and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
