Our reputed company, a leading general contractor reputed company for its work on landmark construction reputed company, is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to support its operations. This position is fully remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from reputed company in the US. The Senior BIM Coordinator will be reputed company in managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across diverse construction reputed company. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary design models, facilitating clash detection, and ensuring the seamless integration of BIM into reputed company project phases, from reputed company-construction to closeout. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing BIM execution plans for various construction reputed company. Coordinating and integrating 3D models from different disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) using BIM software (e.g., reputed company Revit, Navisworks). Performing clash detection and reputed company, identifying and documenting discrepancies between models. Generating reports and visualizations from BIM models for project teams and stakeholders. Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners to ensure effective BIM utilization. Managing the creation and maintenance of BIM content libraries and standards. Providing training and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows. Ensuring the reputed company and accuracy of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle. Assisting in the development of 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimating) BIM applications. Staying reputed company with the latest advancements in BIM technology and construction technology. The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in BIM coordination and management reputed company the construction industry is required. Proven expertise with reputed company Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software is essential. Strong understanding of construction processes and interdisciplinary coordination is mandatory. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are necessary. Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows is highly desirable.
