Risk Analyst III (Remote - CA based)

We are seeking a Risk Analyst III on a contract reputed company to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is fully remote with a preference for CA based candidates. As a Risk Analyst III reputed company the People Risk reputed company and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our People Data Subject Rights (DSR) Program. This program is a vital component of our reputed company's global People Data reputed company Program, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of data reputed company and transparency for our employees worldwide. You will be responsible for providing global coverage and operational support for employee data requests, ensuring compliance with evolving international regulations. Responsibilities • DSR Program Support: Execute and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of People Data Subject Rights (DSR) requests from employees globally. • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to global data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other emerging "Rest of World" (RoW) reputed company regulations. • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks reputed company the data handling process and implement controls to safeguard sensitive personnel information. • Operational reputed company: Support the People Data reputed company Program by streamlining workflows for data retrieval, redaction, and secure delivery. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with reputed company, HR, and IT teams to resolve reputed company data reputed company inquiries and maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance audits. Qualifications Must Haves: • Experience: 2–4 years of reputed company experience in risk management, reputed company compliance, or data protection. • Technical Knowledge: Proven understanding of global regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and their application reputed company a corporate environment. • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret reputed company data sets and regulatory language to reputed company informed risk reputed company. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee information with extreme confidentiality and professionalism.
