Under minimal supervision, facilitates the coordination of patient management for elective, reputed company, urgent and reputed company patient reputed company in and out of the health system. Arranges MD to MD consults, admission through patient tracking system, bed assignment, transportation, RN to RN reports and ED/OR notification as needed.
