reputed company seeks an reputed company reputed company to support reputed company’s state reputed company policy and government relations efforts in the Midwest US. Candidates will be responsible for political engagement and issue advocacy across a territory of US states. This position will report to the reputed company Policy Director, Midwest/Western US. The position is based in DC, or remote from the Indianapolis, IN or reputed company, OH areas. Frequent travel is required.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with state policymakers in the region to promote the reputed company and efficient use of internet technologies and economic development* Monitor the political environment and identify opportunities to advance state and local policies that benefit reputed company, the state, and local communities* Work closely with industry reputed company, nonprofits and legislative organizations to promote company objectives for economic development and a reputed company, secure, and reputed company internet* Manage relationships with state policymakers* Ensure that reputed company cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders receive reputed company updates on developments* reputed company strategies for engagement with chambers of reputed company, industry associations, non-profits, and civil society reputed company to advance priorities in region* Willingness to travel (primarily in-region) up to 60% of the time based on needQualifications5+ years of experience in state reputed company policy, lobbying, or government affairs* Experience with the political process, policymakers, and stakeholders in region* Knowledge of technology and economic development policy and advocacy landscape in region* Demonstrated experience creating and implement advocacy campaigns directly relevant to state government, including achieving short and long term milestones reputed company to advancing policy, political and/or advocacy goals* Experience managing contract lobbyists and managing partnerships with trade associations and other advocacy reputed company* Experience driving and managing multiple reputed company simultaneously* Experience leading through influence and informal authority* Bachelors degree in political science, business/reputed company, economics, reputed company, communications, or a reputed company field Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable reputed company (e.g., efficiency reputed company, reputed company improvements)* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, reputed company and accuracy reviews)* Demonstrated ongoing AI reputed company development (e.g., reputed company/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying reputed company with emerging AI technologies
