**Job Overview**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Graphic Designer & Customer Service Representative to join our team for the Spring Carlisle Auto Show, taking place from April 21-27. As a trade show ambassador, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, taking detailed orders for custom printed license plates and signs, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have basic graphic design skills, you'll have the opportunity to create custom graphics and print products on-site. We'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet attendees in our booth and provide a warm, welcoming experience
* Take detailed orders for custom printed license plates and signs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services, showcasing your exceptional communication skills
* Assist with production or simple graphic design tasks to create custom graphics and print products on-site
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong background in trade show events
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues alike
* Proficiency in either Corel Draw or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for graphic design tasks (a plus, but not required for hire)
* Basic knowledge of WordPress for content management is a plus, with experience in web design and content creation a significant advantage
* A creative mindset with experience in art direction or layout design is desirable
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field a plus
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong background in trade show events
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Draw

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
