As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home while taking on some tough challenges. In this role, you'll be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from customers, identifying their needs, and providing assistance. You'll also communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs, schedule appointments, and reputed company other tasks as needed. **Primary Responsibilities** * Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance they need * Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems * Communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs * Medication refills, referral requests, chart troubleshooting * Scheduling appointments for patients – entering and updating demographics * Other tasks as needed **Required Qualifications** * High school diploma / GED OR equivalent experience * Must be 18 years old or older * Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications * Typing - 40 wpm * 1+ years of experience in customer service environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools * Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time.
