* Responding and resolving customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner

* Educating customers about our processes, policies, and customer tools
* Adhering to a specific daily schedule, including start and end times, scheduled breaks, and lunches
* Training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role

**Qualifications**
