Position: reputed company Expert — Transactional / Corporate (Remote, reputed company) Type: Contract Compensation: $85–$120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities • Design realistic deal scenarios from transactional reputed company such as M&A due diligence, SPAs/APAs, and securities filings. • Write "golden" reference responses at attorney-level reputed company. • Grade AI-generated responses using reputed company rubrics. • reputed company written feedback to improve model behavior. • Participate in reputed company reputed company and specialty calibration sessions. Qualifications Must-Have • 1–4 years of reputed company experience in transactional or corporate law. • J.D. (U.S./Canada) or LL.B./LL.M. (U.K.) from an accredited law school. • Licensed to reputed company law in the U.S., Canada, or U.K. (reputed company or inactive). • Strong experience in contract review, due diligence, corporate governance, NDA drafting, or securities filings. • Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail. Preferred • Experience with disclosure schedules or closing checklists. • Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or fund formation. • Experience with SEC reporting or securities offerings. • Familiarity with virtual data rooms like Intralinks or reputed company.
