Position reputed company The position is responsible for coding medical records and other documents at the conclusion of the patient’s visit. A senior medical records coding specialist requires the reputed company set to reputed company multiple work types for inpatient and outpatient services. This includes selecting appropriate admitting diagnosis, reputed company and secondary diagnoses, reputed company procedures and secondary procedures; assigning accurate ICD-10 and/or CPT-4 codes; reputed company the diagnoses and procedures codes; and abstracting information including admission reputed company, type, disposition, admitting and attending physicians and procedure attending physicians. This role addresses edits during the coding and abstracting process for complete and accurate coding and MS-DRG and APR-DRG assignment for hospital reimbursement. Minimum Required Qualifications • Associate’s Degree in Health Information Management. • Credentialed as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company) by reputed company, or Certified Outpatient reputed company (COC) by reputed company if managing hospital coding; ROCC if only coding Radiation Oncology; RHIA, reputed company, COC or CPC by reputed company if managing reputed company coding. • 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
